Got home today for Kansas City and found a bunch of family albums laying on the desk so I flipped through them and found this picture of my dad. I don't know anything about it yet, but as a photograph it's fantastic. I feel like there could be a whole article to go with it about young executives trying to make money, vacations, fashion, etc. It's great.

Saw Bon Iver play at the UIC Pavilion last Friday with my lovely girlfriend. She bought the tickets as an early Christmas present. It was the best show i've ever seen and most likely will ever see. Justin played with a nine piece band that included members from The National, The Arcade Fire, Sufjan Stevens, and more. My only regret is not recording every song... Here's a few pictures. I'll try to post more, but I'm not to fond of them. Obviously I was more interested in just being a spectator.

This building is so cool just for it's stark color and perforated fasade treatment. It's called Le Cube Orange by Jakob+MacFarlane. It sits on the Saone river in Lyon, France. Supposedly a second cube in green is going to be built next to it in 2013.
